Our body changed shape

Support
One of the key aspects of being a mum is support- for a single mum this can be incredibly lonely but also some mums do have a husband but don’t feel the support.

Eating right
It’s so easy with a busy life to grab that cookie or muffin- extra coffee shot and more latte milk than needed. If you are needing to keep your weight under check – grab a protein sandwich and avoid the sugar high and low crash.
